Welcome to Estar! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Estar website and mobile application (collectively referred to as the "Platform"), owned and operated by Estar. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a company or another legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms.

2. Platform Overview

Estar provides an online platform that connects users seeking transportation services ("Passengers") with independent third-party drivers who provide transportation services ("Drivers"). The Platform allows Passengers to book rides with Drivers, and Drivers to offer their services to Passengers.

3. User Responsibilities

3.1 Account Registration

To access certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account and provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3.2 User Conduct

You agree to use the Platform in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. You will not:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
• Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform or its associated software, systems, or networks.
• Harass, intimidate, or harm any other user of the Platform.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion or feature of the Platform.
• Collect or store personal data about other users without their consent.
